Late 1930s black bias cut crepe evening or dinner dress with cerise cyclamen corsage trumpet sleeves Bust 42”An elegant dress in black crepe, with draped bodice onto inverted V shaped seaming at high waist, with draped bias cut skirt section beneath. Beautiful fabric corsage to right shoulder bodice, with cerise clusters of cyclamen and greenery gives added interest. Typical of the period, it features padded shoulders, with fine cartridge pleating details to sleeve head and centre hem. Puffed sleeves end in a band at the upper arm. Slight fishtail to back
