Condition - I don't see any holes or stains but it does appear to have been hemmed 1

The pants are stamped irregular and I believe this is due to several fabric flaws

Content - I think it's all cotton

The legs are cropped and hit me at my calves

The skirt of the dress is lined with white fabric
