Caperdonich Vintage 1991 Druif Garnacha Tinonera Gebotteld: 17/18 oktober 2016This 1991 Caperdonich vintage has been matured in American oak hogsheads, bottled at cask strength and without chill filtration. Sweet on the nose, with aromas of strawberries, ripe peach, apricot jam, honey and a hint of mint. On the palate, flavour notes of blueberries and baked apple crumble are followed by notes of chocolate, chai tea and ginger. The finish is rich and spicy.
