Mouse Glutathione Synthetase Sandwich ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is intended for the quantitative determination of Mouse Glutathione Synthetase in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich Sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . GSS present in samples reacts with an anti-Mouse GSS capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, an anti-GSS detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active GSS in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Mouse GSS. Detection Target: Mouse Glutathione Synthetase Reactivity: Mouse Range: 0.156-10ng/mL Sensitivity: 0.058ng/mL Storage Conditions: Store all components at 4C This Mouse GSS activity assay is for the quantitative determination of Glutathione Synthetase in samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. For research use only. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests. For research use only. At Innovative Research, we provide reliable, consistent products that deliver reliable, consistent results

As we age, our natural glutathione levels decline significantly
225 Administration of the PRMT4 inhibitor TP-064 in a mouse model of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease can induce a decrease in monocyte tumor necrosis factor- (TNF-) secretion, downregulate the gene expression of the glycogen metabolism-related protein G6pc in the liver, and reduce plasma triglyceride levels, exerting regulatory effects from inflammatory and metabolic pathways
