This Laos piece was created by the Hill Tribes. I have had this one attributed to the Golden Triangle whom were known for not only the elaborate designs but the hollow wear construction. This piece as been left in as is condition and not polished to keep the quality of the patina for age. There is a small amount of noise inside the cuff when it moves like there is "sand" or something
