It is mainly Tocai Friulano, with small parts of Picolit and Malvasia, giving the wine a clear local identity and a little extra aromatic lift. The grapes spend two days on the skins before spontaneous fermentation and ageing in concrete vats. This gives Mont more texture and depth than a simple white
