Traminer fruity drinkability and a clear senseThis Traminer from Didier Grappe is a very Jura take on the Gewrztraminer family: less heavy and perfumed, more salty and lively. The grapes come from organically farmed vineyards around Saint Lothain and are fermented naturally, without additives and with no sulphites added, to keep the character of the fruit as pure as possible. The wine is made in a topped up, non oxidative style, so you wont find the nutty notes of classic oxidative Jura whites
