The popular Tilly top is an easy to wear semi fitted shape with a binding detail around the neckline and sleeves. Surface Art have updated the design, adding 2cm either side of the neckline so it sits much better on all shoulder widths, and extending the shoulders so they gently fall to cover the tops of your arms.
