Vintage Jaguar Leaper Mascot – Chrome Bonnet Ornament with Registered Design Stamp (c.1950s–60s) handbag The flask exhibits signs ofA genuine mid 20th century Jaguar Leaper bonnet mascot, cast in chrome plated alloy and stamped with the official Registered Design number used by Jaguar during the 1950s and 1960s. This larger format Leaper, measuring approximately 20cm in length, is one of the earlier post war castings, displaying the strong musculature, extended pose and characteristic detailing associated with authentic factory issued mascots of the era. The underside bears the
