Gramona ‘MART’ Xarel-lo Vermell Champagne Grenache GrisXarel lo is normally used as a main component of high quality Cava, but the Gramona family have been making different styles of still wine with Xarel lo for some years now. From an organic and biodynamic estate vineyard, this wine is harvested by hand and selected on a sorting table. The grapes are cooled to 0 5C in order to carry out a maceration during 14 hours. Fermentation takes place in 3000 litre French oak barrels (fine grain and medium toast).
