Coutts was a Canadian greeting card company that joined forces with Hallmark in the early 1940s and before being fully absorbed in 1948. Examples of cards from the mid 40s onwards are stamped "Hallmark," so with some digging, I feel confident in saying that this card predates 1943. It's in great shape for eighty!
