This small batch release begins in our Summerland orchard, where estate grown cider apples tart, tannic, and full of character are harvested at peak ripeness. Fermented in barrel using a mixed culture of lactobacillus and Brettanomyces from our friends at Luppolo Brewing in Vancouver, this cider leans into the wild side. Barrel aged on lees for six months, it carries a delicate funk, bright acidity, and layered texture
